Amedeo Bianco - Romagna D.O.C.G. Albana Secco

This elegant white wine is made from 100% Albana, sourced from the historic 'Albana Vecchia' vineyard, planted in 1969 by grandfather Amedeo. The grapes grow on south- to southeast-facing slopes and are vinified in French Allier oak tonneaux. After fermentation, the wine rests on the lees for an additional six months, adding depth and complexity.
The wine has a bright golden-yellow color and an intense, aromatic bouquet. On the nose, you’ll find mineral notes followed by refined aromas of orange blossom, jasmine, honey, and apricot jam. On the palate, it is full and elegant, with a juicy opening and a savory, refined finish. The alcohol content is 15%, bringing power without sacrificing elegance.
