Desiderio

Desiderio is a fresh and elegant white wine, crafted from a blend of Pignoletto and Trebbiano. The grapes are sourced from the ‘del Campetto’ and ‘del Trebbiano’ vineyards, planted in 2008 and 1998 respectively on south- to southeast-facing slopes. The Pignoletto is trained using the Guyot system, while the Trebbiano is grown with the special doppio capovolto training.
After harvest, the wine undergoes a natural secondary fermentation by the Charmat method in autoclaves, during which it develops its sparkle and ideal pressure over 40 days.
The wine displays a pale yellow color with a slight green sheen. The bouquet is intense, offering pleasant aromas of fresh fruit. On the palate, Desiderio is fresh, savory, and fairly soft, with a subtle, pleasantly bitter finish. With an alcohol content of 12% ABV, it is a refreshing wine—ideal as an aperitif or alongside light dishes.
