E Passì Vino Passito

E Passì is a powerful and refined passito, made from 100% Sangiovese grapes sourced from the old ‘Del Bosco’ vineyard, planted in 1975. The vineyard sits on a southeast-facing slope and is cultivated using the double Guyot system. After harvest, the wine matures for 18 months in French Allier oak barrels, contributing to its rich complexity.
The wine displays a deep, intense garnet-red color. The bouquet opens with seductive aromas of dried fruit—raisins and plums—complemented by warm spice and chocolate notes. On the palate, it is soft and sweet, with its tannins elegantly enveloped. Flavors clearly evoke plum and cherry jam, with a spicy hint reminiscent of cinnamon and chocolate.
With a robust alcohol content of 15.5% ABV, this is an impressive dessert wine, perfect for pairing with rich sweets or serving as a grand finale to a meal.
