Romagna D.O.C. Sangiovese

This fresh, fruity red wine is made from 100% Sangiovese, sourced from two vineyards: ‘Cherry Trees’ and ‘2001’, planted in 1998 and 2001 respectively. The grapes ripen on sunny south- to southwest-facing slopes and are cultivated using the cordone speronato system. After harvest, the wine matures for four months in stainless steel tanks, beautifully preserving its fresh character.
In the glass, the wine shows a vibrant purplish-red color with ruby highlights. The bouquet is typical and expressive, offering fresh aromas of cherry and raspberry, along with a surprisingly intense and complex fragrance. On the palate, it is lively and fruity, with pleasant acidity, playful tannins, and a long, juicy finish. With an alcohol content of 13%, this is an approachable yet characterful wine — perfect for everyday enjoyment or paired with light Italian dishes.
