Romagna D.O. Sangiovese Superiore

This elegant red wine is made from 100% Sangiovese, sourced from the 'Della Curva' vineyard, planted in 2001. The vineyard lies on a south-facing slope, allowing the grapes to ripen optimally. The vines are trained using the cordone speronato system. After harvest, the wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a pure and expressive style.
The wine has a bright ruby-red color and opens with a refined and complex bouquet of fruity and floral aromas. On the palate, it is smooth and well-balanced, with well-rounded tannins and a lingering, savory finish. With an alcohol content of 14%, the wine offers a solid structure without losing its elegance.
