Rubeo Colli Romagna Centrale D.O.C. Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva

This powerful and refined wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from the 'Vigna Cabernet' vineyard, planted in 2000. The vines grow on a south-facing slope and are pruned using the cordone speronato system. After the harvest, the wine is aged for 18 months in stainless steel tanks, followed by an additional 6 months of bottle aging, resulting in a perfect balance between power and elegance.
The wine has an impenetrable ruby-red color and opens with an enchanting bouquet of plum and black cherry, complemented by subtle oak notes and spicy undertones. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with a beautiful balance of strength, finesse, and depth. The alcohol content of 14.5% highlights the wine's robust character without compromising its refinement.
